As every year, I would like to offer the opportunity to step back from the hustle and bustle of daily life, especially in December, to reflect, let go and end the year with a yoga nidra practice designed to come back to our true core.

This year’s yoga nidra will be an advanced practice. Meaning, it is advised to have practiced with me at least once, or with any other facilitator. This is not mandatory, everybody is welcome – however, as a complete beginner this can be challenging in some stages, but if you’ll decide to join, see it as opportunity to start a dedicated journey into meditation by being open and curious about your stage of the practice right here, right now.

This session will bring to the surface who you project into the world vs who you really are or want to be. A practice to peel off various layers stored into the subconscious, letting them go stage after stage, until you unravel what really matters: the true you at its core.

the situations, people and parts layered upon yourself that you wish to let go vs who you wish to become 
letting go diving into manifestation

This specific yoga nidra practice will let us dive deeper into various topics stored into our subconscious mind, which overtime layered up onto ourselves, being for self-protection, pressure of perfomance or other life instances that happened over the year (or even during a whole lifetime). The themes can range from childhood, workplace instances, people in our lives, situations in general – by peeling off layer after layer, we’ll let go of all of 2022, rediscovering who we really are and what we really want and finally tap into a manifestation practice by the end of our session.

Feel free to bring a journal or pen and paper to write down any insights.
I recommend to list down everything that does not serve you after our session, and burn it in order to release it fully.

This is a powerful practice that, when done regularly, induces deep relaxation, clarity, and a different approach/perspective on daily life

 

About Yoga Nidra
Allow yourself to detach from your thoughts, fully relax, by diving into your body’s different layers and by activating your consciousness through the senses. Yoga nidra is among the deepest possible states of relaxation while still maintaining full awareness. Gina (Hatha/Yin Yoga/Yoga Nidra/Sound Healing)
Gina has stumbled upon all things Yoga and meditation in 2015, while googling methods to improve sleeping patterns, as she has the tendency to be quite a night owl, you know… Her practice made her build trust into the various processes of life, the low and the high rides, guiding her out of places of grief and a burn out. She has travelled extensively for the past 10 years, and let the practice shape her journeys around the world. She made it her mission to show in her teachings that it’s OK to slow down, it’s even necessary, in order to evolve and grow. She is a certified yoga teacher and merges her classes with yoga nidra, shamanic sound healing, tuning forks and yin yoga. Gina has been working in the CBD industry since 2017, founding the first plant medicine infused classes in Zurich two years later, sharing her deep knowledge about it with the aim to take away people’s potential fear about the plant, and encouraging an intuitive use of natural remedies for a deeper practice, pain management or anxiety relief. In 2021, Gina has expanded her studies by attending an additional advanced yoga nidra training and by going more in depth on the use of tuning forks.
